Standard Rental
A Standard Rental at the Huble Homestead Historic Site is suitable for any type of event, excluding
birthday
parties and
weddings. These could include, but are not limited to:
family reunions, corporate functions, staff retreats, and community group activities.
The standard rental rate is $60.00 per hour. Included in your rental is:
- Use of Welcome Barn, Animal Barn loft, and Staff Cabin, which are all reserved for your access only
- Use of entire park (while shared by public visitors)
- Use of site equipment including 80 chairs, 8 six-foot tables, games, a generator for low power needs,
space for items that may need to be stored prior to the event
Guidelines:
- All fees must be paid at the Huble office two weeks prior to the event. Cash, cheques, Visa, and
Mastercard are accepted.
- Huble Homestead requres seven days advanced notice of cancellation or a $20 cancellation fee will be in effect.
- Any significant damage to the site will be charged to the host.
- A fee of $20.00 per quarter hour will be charged for time spent on site over and above the declared
departure time indicated on the Rental Agreement.
- Huble Homestead is not liable for any losses incurred during the event.
